2014 Speakers

Wisdom 2.0 Coaching & Business Culture

October 27th, 2014 Mountain View, CA

More companies are realizing that the culture inside a business deeply impacts the products and services that come out of that company. When staff do not feel engaged, they are less likely to give their best. In other words, what is true on the inside impacts what happens on the outside.

Companies are seeing the need to focus not only the products and services they offer, but also inwardly on the quality of the work experience. Increasingly, HR and L&D leaders are partnering with consultants and coaches to better serve and address the needs of staff, and create thriving company cultures.

This day-long event explores this partnership. Join us as we ask: how are companies developing innovative work environments, and what is the role of coaching and consultants in this effort?

Join us for a unique event with members that include:

  • Executive Coaches
  • HR and L&D leaders and representatives
  • Well-being service providers from health professionals to wellness instructors
  • Entrepreneurs and business leaders interested in creating mindful business cultures
  • Employees interested in influencing their company cultures
